I'm sorry I haven't posted any good pictures from the run, but they didn't have photographers. I will try to get a picture of my interview on the news (I was one who just missed the bridge).

I did buy some new running shoes on Sunday so things are looking up!

St. Patrick's Day Dash

I must say this is the first action photo where I don't look like I'm dying. I think that's what we'd call progress.

I know if you're just stumbling upon this blog you might think I look alright... I'm zeroing in on the thighs... better than they used to be but still need improvement.

It's been a long time...

But I am back and in top form! I ran the St. Patrick's Day dash today and I didn't die. I did almost get taken out by a stroller, but I am fine.

Don't let me forget the part about the woman fainting - it was spectacular!
